CLOSING CEREMONY OF CLUB ACTIVITIES HELD IN JESUS’ SACRED HEART SCHOOL(08.02.17)

Believing in Prime Minister`s verdict that “our education apparatus can`t be one that produces Robots. That can happen in laboratory. There has to be overall development”, JSHS organized closing ceremony of club activities that were offered and opted by all the students in the onset of the session according to the interest of the students. The School believes that participation in extracurricular activities enables students to develop talents that may find little expression in the classroom. Extracurricular activities often require collaboration between students, rendering the process of involvement as important as the finished product. All the club heads planned various ways to display their activities done throughout the session in an artistic way. Various clubs like cookery, Science, dramatic, personality development , gardening, literatti-gliteratti, little scientists, innovative club ,entrepreneur and adolescence club, Home and Hearth, Fitness Club etc.  exhibited their learning through various modes by students on the display board and through PPT. Students introduced their respective clubs to all the visitors by giving them  a glimpse of all the activities . Director of the school, Pawandeep Singh Sehgal along with Principal madam and Coordinators viewed the display of the work done in each club as purposive and meaningful. Principal, Ms Kirti Sharma remarked that the clubs are an integral part of the learning process. It is an essential component at all the stages of education.DSC_6940
