The Students of Grade I of Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana, participated in the yearly class presentations. With the theme, “Aquatic Animals,” students not only explained about a variety of different aquatic species but also elaborated on different facts about their life cycle, natural habitat and growth patterns.

Through colourful and attractive models of different aquatic animals, students showcased exceptional communication and public speaking skills. The presentation not only enhanced their knowledge about the aquatic world but also helped the students understand their importance in the ecosystem. The presentation emphasised why it is important to conserve the natural habitat of aquatic animals, which in turn requires the conservation and maintenance of clean water bodies. The confidence and presentation skills of the students made both the parents and teachers proud and it also helped the students adopt a good and formal style of speaking.

The event was graced by the Director of the School, Pawandeep Singh and Simran Kaur along with Principal, Kirti Sharma. The dignitaries praised the enthusiasm and effort of the students. In order to lift the spirit of the environment, a power-packed dance performance was presented towards the end, which filled the room with full zeal and cheerful energy.

The presentations were culminated with the singing of the National Anthem, ending the day on a patriotic note. It was a day full of learning, enthusiasm and youthful expression, leaving lasting memories for all present.
