Jesus’ Sacred Heart School organized Annual day celebration- The Dynamic Duos. It was a grand celebration which enthrusted the spectators to ponder over the twin side of our existence.From tiny toddlers to teenyboppers, the event encouraged, gave rewards and an opportunity to the students to showcase their talent.
The event opened with the lamp lighting ceremony by the chairperson Amarjit Kaur Sehgal along with the guests of honour followed by Guru Vandana performed by the primary school.
Director of the school Mr. Ramandeep Singh Sehgal passionately presented the welcome address. School principal Ms. Kirti Sharma read out the school’s annual report highlighting the prominent achievements of the school during this academic year in scholastic and co- scholastic areas and reiterated the importance of parental engagement in partnership with the school.
The cultural bonanza with hundred per cent participation of students enthralled the parents. The pre schoolers swayed to the tunes of songs followed by dance performances by primary and middle school students. There were also a few performances highlighting a great contrast between beauty and beast, good and evil, pride and modesty.The grand finale Bhangra by senior school left the audience spell bound at their caliber and poise.
Appreciating the conducive learning environment and an excellent infrastructure of the school,Director Pawandeep singh Sehgal addressed the august gathering and motivated the parents for strengthening school home connections through close networking. The Chairperson & the Principal along with the Director gave the prizes to various students who had excelled in academics and various competitions.
The event concluded with vote of thanks and National Anthem sung by school choir.The audience left with beaming faces and pride that they were part of an institution which is a jewel in the crown among schools in Ludhiana.
