Exuberating, motivating, enlightening and engaging would perfectly describe the class presentations organized at prestigious institute, Jesus` Sacred Heart School, Ludhiana on 28-30 July for Grades IV-X. The class presentations were based on the “reciprocal teaching” of major subjects by the students of Grade IV – VIII .The students of Grade IX and X presented their topic ‘Democracy’ and ‘Banking’ respectively through an enactment. The main focus of the presentations was at developing the knowledge and excellent base among the students through motivation and offering the opportunity to face the audience. The students prepared their topics themselves using teaching methodologies and technologies, models, smart boards, PPTs and effective ways of map filling. The little mentors made the audience awestruck with their communication skills and depth of knowledge. They emerged out to be outstanding and genius by gaining the confidence and showcasing the perfection. Parents were full of praise for the innovative steps initiated by the school. The parents were welcomed by the class incharges and they showed the panaromic view of the talented Jesus` Sacred Heartians. It was indeed a grand show with a difference as kids are well aware about the importance of “Self- Teaching” and “Self-Learning” which should be a consistent effort.
