Diwali celebrated by tiny tots of JSHS
Pre primary wing of Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana celebrated clean and green Diwali with festive gusto on 13th November, 2020. The programme began by sharing a Story highlighting the message of importance of celebrating festivals in the virtual classrooms. The zeal was visible on the faces of children as the celebration was dual (Diwali and children’s day). To engage little ones with the fervour of festivals, Freeze game was organised for little champs. Children enjoyed making Diya stands which were decorated with ribbons, sparkles, beads, shells, stars, mirrors to make it colourful. The day was fully filled with fun based activities. The Principal of the school, Ms. Kirti Sharma appreciated this endeavour of the students and encouraged them to celebrate every festival with the same spirit and enthusiasm.
