Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1 South City, Ludhiana, held its annual Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2024-25, signifying the induction of new student leaders into positions of responsibility and authority. The ceremony, conducted with utmost earnestness and passion, underscored the school’s commitment to nurturing leadership qualities among its students.

The event commenced with the stirring rendition of the school song, evoking a sense of pride and unity among students, faculty, and guests alike. The march by the prefects added to the grandeur of the occasion, setting a befitting ambiance for the proceedings.

The highlight of the ceremony was the felicitation of the newly appointed Student Council board including Senior, junior and Primary Council, comprising the Head Boy- Naitik Bansal, Head Girl- Madhvi Bembi, School Pupil Leader- Rivaandeep Singh Sehgal, Sports Captain, Discipline Incharges, Cleanliness Incharges, House Captains, Vice Captains, and Prefects. They were adorned with badges and sashes, symbolizing their readiness to shoulder responsibilities and serve the school community with diligence.     Principal Kirti Sharma, in her address, congratulated the student leaders on their appointments and encouraged them to strike a balance between their leadership roles and academic pursuits. She commended the school for providing equal opportunities to all students in administration and decision-making processes.

The solemn Oath taking ceremony, led by the Head Boy and Head Girl, underscored their commitment to uphold integrity and serve with dedication. They were conferred with badges and sashes by the esteemed Director of the school, Pawandeep Singh, and Principal Kirti Sharma.

In his address, the Director congratulated the student leaders and urged them to discharge their duties with impartiality and honesty. His words of wisdom served as a source of motivation for the young leaders.

The ceremony concluded on a patriotic note with the rendition of the National Anthem, instilling a sense of pride and unity among all present.
