We can never thank teachers enough for their immense contribution in a student’s life and Jesus` Sacred Heart School is no less than anyone in showing their acknowledgement and recognition of the hard work put in by the teachers in maintaining the glory of the school. Teachers Day was celebrated not only for one day but two consecutive days. On 3rd September, all the Staff members had a great day in get together at ‘Upper House’ wherein everyone showcased their talent in the form of dancing and dramatizing skill in ‘talent hunt’ show. Chair person, Ms Amarjit Kaur Sehgal was mesmerized with the performance of the teachers and fondly said that the glory of the Guru cannot be written even if the whole earth is transformed into paper, big trees made into pens and the entire water in the seven oceans is transformed into writing inks. S.Pawandeep Singh Sehgal, Director, Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, congratulated the teachers for inspiring and nurturing the students to march in the right direction. The programme was followed by lunch as a small token of appreciation for the rightly called ‘bacons of light’.
On 5th September, at school everyone was surprised as all the teachers were invited for a grand programme organized by students of grade XI and XII. The programme included dances, skit and songs performed by the students. Teachers got very delighted by the programme organized for them.
The students took great effort and ensured that teachers enjoy every minute .
