Melange – the innovative and exquisite Inter – Play way School Competition was held in Jesus’ Sacred Heart School on 18th October, 2015 for the 8TH consecutive year . It was a festive mood within the campus to host 1500 + students from around 35 playways of Ludhiana, enjoying the ecstasy of stepping out of their little world to compete in the big world. The whole event was covered under two categories of 2-3 years and 3-4 years yet these lil wonders outdid themselves in all the activities of the day.
After a warm and hearty welcome through a Vandana, by the talented students of the host school, the tiny tots competed with each other in an array of activities covering sports, cultural and recreational ones. The tiny tots displayed their strength and stamina in the play field in events like Ball on the head, Elephant Walk, Bungee Jumping, Flat Races etc. The budding stars set the ramp on fire with their charisma and classy looks in the events like Amazing India and Salute to our Real Heroes. It was an amazing display of talent, verve and ecstasy in the indoor events like Clay Art, Mindful Expressions, Blind Fold Guess, Name the Cartoon Characters, Fishing Fun, Make a Fairy Wand. The stupendous performance by little champs mesmerized the audience. Their talent was evident in their confident personification of media personalities in Be A News Reporter competition. The Healthy baby Show was a huge hit as the lil charming Princes and Princesses wooed everyone with their wit and charm. The buoyant smiles, gleaming eyes, rhythmic beats clearly demonstrated their high spirits. Even the accompanying parents enthused the children with energy and boosted their morale with their cheer and shout.
The overall trophy was conferred upon Bachpan Playway School, first runner up was Cherubs Playway school and the second runner up was Babies Paradise Playway school. The show was a big success and the whole environment elated with the radiant smiles of the winners.
