Guidelines For Filling up Registration Form
Registrations for admission to Class Pre Nursery – UKG and limited seats for Grade I-IX & XI (Academic Session 2026-27) opens on Monday, 13 October, 2025

We sincerely thank you for placing your trust in Jesus’ Sacred Heart School and seeking admission to our institution. The online registration process is part of our initiative to promote environmental sustainability by reducing paper usage. We appreciate your cooperation in supporting this meaningful step towards a greener planet through a paperless application process. The complete registration form in all respects should be submitted online. The payment for Registration also has to be made through Online Payment Gateway. Registration Forms without online payment will be summarily rejected.
Kindly read the following instructions before filling up the registration form & also read carefully all information in the links given below before attempting to fill up the Online Registration Form. Any wrong information provided by the parent during any stage of admission or after admission will result in cancellation of admission and fee will not be refunded.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Please read all instructions carefully before filling the Online Registration Form.
• The name of the applicant, father's name / mother's name should be as per government records(Aadhaar card and date of birth certificate)
• Please refer to age criteria mentioned on school’s website (https://jesussacredheart.com/age-criteria/) before filling the form. Kindly choose the class as per the age of the applicant. Kindly contact admission coordinator at 9216100465/ 9216000465 for further clarifications.
• In case of a sibling already studying in school, kindly enter the father’s and mother’s names exactly as per the school records mentioned for the first child. Any spelling variation in the parents’ names may prevent you from entering the details of the second sibling.
• It is mandatory to fill all the fields marked (*). In case a field is not applicable to you please mention NA (Not Applicable).
• Please be noted that the email id and mobile number filled by you on first page will be used for all further communication.
• After successfully registering your email and phone no., you will receive USER ID & PASSWORD.- • Kindly retain this user id and password to complete the form and to make the payment using the online mode, if you are unable to pay the registration fee using the online mode, kindly visit the school to make the payment before the last date.
• You would be required to upload certain documents. Kindly have soft copies of the following documents ready before starting to fill the form:
1. Passport size pictures of child, father & mother
2. Aadhaar of child, father and mother
3. Date of birth certificate of child issued by Municipal Corporation
4. Previous school marksheet of the last exam passed (for grade ii and above)
5. Bonafide certificate from previous school (for grade ii and above)
Please note: For Grades II and above, admission will be confirmed only after submission of the final marksheet/report card and transfer certificate. Until then, the admission will remain provisional.
• The application form should be submitted before the scheduled date / time. Late submission of the application form will not be accepted / considered. Incomplete forms will not be accepted / considered. Kindly refer the school website for admission Schedule (https://jesussacredheart.com/admission-schedule/)
• The intimation for verification of documents/ conduction of aptitude test/ Admission Confirmation will be notified via Email / SMS.On Once you receive a confirmation SMS or email regarding the selection of your ward, please use the login credentials provided in that message to pay the admission fees online. Alternatively, you may visit the school in person to complete the admission formalities before the specified deadline.
- Registration does not guarantee admission. In all matters related to admission, the decision of the management of the school will be final. In case the admission is granted, there is no process of refund of all the charges paid at the time of admission.
